This carnivore paradise in NYC is the brain-child of Chef Laurent Tourondel. The plywood-designed layout brings a wood-minimalist look to the space—concentrating attention to the food. NEWwoodworks fabricated and installed the wood trusswork throughout the space as well as the doors, large tables, server stations, paneling, and barwrap.
